Please read DWCustoms refund policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you.
DWCustoms will accept product returns where:
- The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought
- The product does not match the sample or description.
With your receipt:
We will offer you an exchange voucher or refund.
Without your receipt:
DWCustoms Merchandise - We will offer you an exchange voucher for the current selling price of the goods.
All other branded products - DWCustoms reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for non-DWCustoms brand products.
DWCustoms reserves the right to:
Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

SHIPPING POLICY |

We will deliver anywhere in Australia. We use a combination of Australia Post Express Post and couriers for all our deliveries. All parcels must be signed for, as a safety precaution, and will not be left at the front door. It is better to supply a day time address. If not at home the courier service will attempt to make the delivery the following day.
Please allow 3 - 8 working days for delivery.
Deliveries can be arranged to any other country throughout the world but freight will be charged at the prevailing rate to that country and will be invoice to you once the item is ready to ship.
In the event that the item is temporarily 'out of stock' we will contact you immediately.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS |

DWCustoms currently have no export restrictions we are able to ship anywhere including internationally. All parts are provided for show and off-road use only unless certified by the governing body under which the vehicle is registered. International shipping is calculated after the order is placed and will be charged accordingly by the most suitable shipping means possible. |
